HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?It takes 3-5 working days by DHL after you place an order and we complete shipment. We are not liable to any shipping delays, nor loss of any kind caused by unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances, such as unreachable recipients, invalid addresses, weather conditions that affect delivery, customs clearance delays and so on. In these situations, toumei will try its best to notify customers of the delay, and if possible, make new delivery/collection arrangements with an estimated delivery date.

DO I NEED TO PAY FOR IMPORT TAX AND/OR DUTY?Import taxes or other customs charges, if incurred, will be collected by the courier upon delivery.

Your country's import duties, taxes and fees are not included. International orders are generally subject to local import duties and taxes (VAT). These fees will be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination. You are responsible for import duties, taxes, and fees and for complying with the laws and regulations of the country of destination. IS IT NECESSARY FOR ME TO PROVIDE IDENTIFICATION WHEN I RECEIVE THE PACKAGE?No, it is not necessary. Our partners will deliver the package according to the shipping address. Please make sure your address information is correct.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVE FOUND SHIPPING DAMAGE OR WRONG ITEMS?All toumei packages are in perfect conditions and are sealed at the warehouse before they are shipped to you. Please check the packaging box and see if there are any signs of damage, or if the package has been opened during transit. If the box is damaged or items missing when you open the package, please contact our toumei Customer Service and we will help you troubleshoot the issue.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I GAVE THE WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS?Once the order has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. In the event of an order being delivered to an incorrect address, or cannot be delivered at all, we will inform you by email. The couriers will hold the package for 5 days, and you may contact toumei or our delivery partners to arrange for another delivery. If we do not hear from you within 5 days, the package will be returned to toumei and you’ll be responsible for the return shipping fees, which will be deducted from your refund of the product’s retail price. Meanwhile, the original shipping fees from China to your country and taxes paid are not refundable.
